Statler Stitcher® Users

Currently all designs will be sent via email in a file format coded for your specific Statler machine. You will need to have the controller serial number handy the first time you set up your account during store checkout.

To find this number, launch PrecisionStitch®, click on the help drop down menu, and click on about. Creative Studio® users do the same. A window will pop up with your controller serial number, key number, and tell you what power supply you are running.

Once we receive a verified order, we’ll encrypt your design files and then email them to you usually within 24 hours.
