Terms and conditions of Membership

1. Annual memberships cost $240.
   
2. Receipt of a confirming email from the Etcetera Store means that you have accepted all terms and conditions related to membership and have agreed to become a LICENSEE (user of purchased designs) and respect all copyright laws and licensed terms of use, both of which are incorporated into the confirming email.
3. The cost of annual membership may change. However, fees for Charter subscribers (those who joined before April 30th 2009 will never change as long as their subscriptions are renewed on or before the date of expiration.
4. Stitchin' Pal club sets of the Month will be released via email to registered club members on the first business day after the end of each month (in 2009 that means February 2, March 2, April 1, etc.,).
5. You must be a registered subscriber by the 15th day of each month to receive the Stitchin' Pal Set for that month.
6. You must have a registered Etcetera Store account to purchase designs from the Etcetera Store.
7. 90 day cancellation terms.
8. Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced and the clock starts ticking on the cancellation period at the end of the current month regardless of whether the current design theme set has been sent.
9. Sorry but we will not consider monthly membership status. It's simply too complex, requires far more administration and adds more cost than we can afford.
