About the Patterns you purchase

All designs are created on Autosketch 9 with lines and three point arcs, no polylines are ever used.
You may return to the Quilts etcetera website at any time by clicking on the store banner
at the top of any store page.

1. Files created using Autosketch9 are saved in a DXF format. This design file format is then converted to machine formats (i.e, QLI, CQP and IQP). Only the QLI version is actually quality tested and evaluated for stitchability. This methodology is common to most all designers.You will also receive a PDF file with images of the pal design(s) for use in printing hardcopy material for catalogues and other materials helpful to both you and your customers.
   
2. Our copyrighted digital designs are formatted for immediate application on all Statler Computerized Quilting Machines. Each design has been quality checked and stitched out on our own Statler Stitcher. You will receive a single zip ENCRYPTED file containing the design in the following file formats:
   

QLI for the Statler Stitcher (CUSTOMER PROVIDES CONTROLLER ID AT CHECKOUT).

CQP for the CompuQuilter(CUSTOMER PROVIDES SERIAL NUMBER AT CHECKOUT).

IQP for the Intelliquilter (CUSTOMER PROVIDES PASSWORD AT CHECKOUT)

3. All Stitchin' Pal designs will be sent via email and you will receive a file outlining the Terms and Conditions of use a PNG pattern image and any general pattern information via a pdf file that we feel helpful in making the most out of your Stitchin' Pals.
4. Alterations to the encrypted version of the designs you purchase can be made by Contacting Us for an original copy of the .DXF file version of the design. We understand and appreciate the need to make small modifications in some designs to meet the specific stitching requirements of the quilts you design.
