Purchasing a Pal
You must register an account. You will need to have the controller serial number handy the first time you set up your account because you will be asked for your machine type and serial number.
Statler Stitcher users: To find this number, launch PrecisionStitch®, click on the help drop down menu, and click on about. Creative Studio® users do the same. A window will pop up with your controller serial number, key number, and tell you what power supply you are running.We need the Controller Serial Number.
CompuQuilter Users: we’ll need your HAM serial number. You can find this number by opening your CQ software and then clicking “on about” to retrieve your number.
IntelliQuilter™ Users: we need your machine password which is a combination of letters and numbers.
All patterns can be purchased individually or inclusively as a theme set of friends, which offers the best purchasing value.
Shipment of your Design Pals and Sets
All Rawk designs will be sent via email in a file fomat coded for your specific machine.
Once we receive confirmation of payment for an order, we'll email a zipped version of your pal designs in a ready to use format for your specific machine.
Your order should be filled and sent within 48 hours from the time of confirmation.
